本日は、皆様に大切なお知らせがございます。

このたび、フォガティ不動産の全株式が私、ワーナー清野てるよに正式に譲渡され、100％オーナーとして新たな体制のもと、経営を担うこととなりました。

 

これまで雇われ社長として経営に携わってまいりましたが、今後は会社の未来はもとより、皆様の大切な資産すべてに対し、全面的な責任を負う立場として歩んでまいります。

 

私は、ハワイの不動産を単なる投資対象としてではなく、そこに込められた想い、ご家族の歴史、そして信頼の積み重ねによって成り立つ、かけがえのない財産であると考えております。

 

女性オーナーとしての細やかな視点と、経営者としての覚悟を併せ持ち、アロハの心を大切にしながら、誠実で透明性のある運営を今後も継続してまいります。
